Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino from MTV’s Jersey Shore was just sentenced to 8 months in jail & two years of supervised release for Tax evasion. The Situation who turned 36yrs old in July & his brother Marc were charged in 2014 for forging records to hide $9m in earnings. They both pleaded guilty in January. His brother Marc was sentenced to 2yrs in prison.
